Welcome

Principal's Message

Dear Martin High School Families, As we move into February, I would like to take a moment to thank our students, staff, and families for the continued dedication and teamwork that make our campus such a positive and supportive learning community. The strong start to the spring semester reflects everyone’s shared commitment to student success. During this time of year, our focus remains on strong daily attendance, academic growth, and maintaining a positive learning environment where all students can thrive. Being present every day and arriving on time is essential, as instruction begins promptly when the first bell rings at 8:25 AM. Consistent attendance and punctuality play a critical role in helping students stay engaged, build confidence, and make meaningful academic progress. February also marks the beginning of our first round of important assessments this semester, with TELPAS testing starting on February 17. This assessment allows students to demonstrate their growth in English language development, and we appreciate your support in helping students feel prepared, confident, and encouraged during this time. Thank you to our families for your continued partnership and to our staff for their dedication and hard work on behalf of our students. Together, we will continue building momentum and moving forward with purpose as we work toward a successful and rewarding semester. Your Proud Principal, Mario Mireles
